Hockey teams are coming up from Victoria and from NSW for an all-day, full court hockey session.
There will be some training, and LOTS of hockey games across a wide range of skills giving everyone the opportunity to learn from others, and enjoy playing with different folk with different playing cultures and skills.
Our visitors have put a lot of effort (and money) into coming here- we are simply lucky by being in the middle so we don’t have to travel far to make the most of this opportunity.
In this case, it’s really up to us to make the most of this day, and to get as many local hockey players as we can to join in, and occasionally beat the visitors.
PLEASE commit yourself to this day, they won’t happen very often until hockey numbers return to pre-COVID levels, and help to make this day as good as we can for everyone.
